📦 Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting Back2Life Project. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle shipping for our products, including physical merchandise and digital items.

 

1. Digital Products (Artwork & Downloads)

All artwork created by Back2Life Project is delivered as digital downloads.

  • No physical shipping is required.

  • Files are available immediately after purchase or emailed directly to you.

  • If you have trouble accessing a download, contact us at back2lifeproj@gmail.com.

 

2. Merchandise Fulfilled Through Printify

Some items—such as t-shirts, apparel, and any products requiring vinyl printing or specialty production—are fulfilled and shipped directly by Printify.

 

Because these items are produced and shipped by a third-party provider:

  • Shipping timelines, delays, and delivery issues must be addressed with Printify or the shipping carrier.

  • We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed shipments handled by Printify or its partnered carriers.

  • Printify’s shipping policies and carrier regulations apply to these orders.

 

If you need assistance locating your tracking information or contacting Printify, we’re happy to help point you in the right direction.

 

3. Items Shipped Directly by Back2Life Project

Any products not fulfilled through Printify and shipped by us directly will include:

  • A tracking number, emailed to you as soon as the item is shipped

  • Standard processing time of 3–5 business days, unless otherwise noted

  • Delivery through USPS, UPS, or another carrier depending on the item

 

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We cannot replace items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

 

4. Delivery Issues

If you experience one of the following, please contact the appropriate party:

 

For Printify-fulfilled items:

  • Missing package

  • Damaged item

  • Wrong item

  • Shipping delay
    ➡️ Contact Printify or the carrier listed on your tracking page.

 

For items shipped by Back2Life Project:

  • Tracking not received

  • Tracking not updating

  • Package arrived damaged
    ➡️ Contact us directly at back2lifeproj@gmail.com and we will assist you.
