1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS (ARTWORK & DOWNLOADS)
All artwork and digital products offered by Back2Life Project are delivered electronically.

2. MERCHANDISE FULFILLED THROUGH PRINTIFY
Some physical merchandise, including apparel and items requiring specialty printing, are produced and shipped by Printify, a third‑party fulfillment provider.
For these items:

Production and shipping times are determined by Printify and its shipping partners

Tracking information is provided once the item ships

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the carrier and destination

While Back2Life Project does not directly control fulfillment or shipping once an item is in transit, we are happy to help customers locate tracking details or direct inquiries to the appropriate fulfillment partner when needed.
Print production, shipping, and carrier policies applicable to these orders are governed by Printify and their logistics providers.
3. ITEMS SHIPPED DIRECTLY BY BACK2LIFE PROJECT
Occasionally, Back2Life Project may ship items directly.
For these orders:

Orders typically process within 3–5 business days, unless otherwise noted

Packages are shipped via USPS, UPS, or another appropriate carrier
Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to replace items shipped to addresses entered incorrectly by the customer.
